Here are the five largest data breaches reported to HHS during February:

Morley Companies (Saginaw, Mich.): 521,046 individuals affected
South Shore Hospital (Chicago): 115,670 individuals affected
Comprehensive Health Services (Cape Canaveral, Fla.): 106,752 individuals affected
AccelHealth (Brownwood, Texas): 48,126 individuals affected
Jacksonville (Fla.) Spine Center: 38,000 individuals affected
