Cloud security provider extends services to Google Cloud customers

Netskope, a cloud security provider, now provides continuous security assessment and monitoring capabilities for Google Cloud customers.

Four notes:

1. Netskope already offers cloud security services to customers of Amazon’s cloud arm, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft’s Azure.

2. Netskope for Google Cloud Platform, which is built on the Netskope Security Cloud, is a security solution designed to provide visibility, control and protection for infrastructure-as-a-service, software-as-a-service and web.

3. Aimed at helping businesses prevent cyberattacks and subsequent data exposure, Netskope’s capabilities allow users to continuously assess their IaaS and platform-as-a-service configurations in Google Cloud to ensure compliance.

4. Netskope’s security assessment tools for Google Cloud include configuration monitoring, real-time visibility and control, compliance reporting, and cloud inventory.
