Six “cloud-based” systems were compromised, officials told the news outlet, but the systems were immediately disabled. The city has no evidence any account or personal information was accessed.
“This isn’t something new for us,” Mayor G.T. Bynum told newson6.com. “We’ve built systems expecting [these] type of people making this sort of attempt, but so far nothing out of the ordinary.”
