NRC Health on Aug. 15 recognized Morristown Medical Center with its Consumer Loyalty Award, which highlights the top 100 hospitals in the country based on consumer loyalty. NRC identified the top 500 hospitals based on survey results from more than 300,000 Americans. The top 100 hospitals were chosen based on their performance on seven different consumer loyalty criteria.
Monigle, a brand experience agency, also named Atlantic Health System No. 1 in New Jersey and No. 41 in the country for consumer preference. The report was based on survey results from more than 17,000 Americans asked to rank their strongest and weakest healthcare experiences.
