Where do CRNAs earn the most? Average annual wage and salary for all 50 states

The average annual wage for certified registered nurse anesthetists in the U.S. is $169,450, and CRNAs in Montana earn the highest average wage among all 50 states, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

CRNAs in Montana earn an average wage of $252,460 annually, followed by those in Wyoming, who earn an average salary of $250,610. Other states in the top-paying five are California, Oregon and Iowa.
