The health system is offering the bonuses to high-demand positions as a way to recruit and retain new talent, according to a Jan. 11 news release shared with Becker’s. Those eligible include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, medical technologists, patient care technicians and phlebotomists.
The two-part payment will be made at six months and one year of employment if the employee remains on the payroll in the originally committed level.
At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
