A U.S. Department of Labor audit found the hospital had not paid employees for overtime or for skipped meals during work hours.
According to the report, one employee showed a letter from the hospital indicating she was receiving back wages for March 2009-March 2011 that totaled in the thousands.
The hospital has not disclosed how many employees were affected or the total amount of money owed to employees.
