Kaiser Permanente ranks No. 2 in best companies for pay and benefits

Out of 15 best places to work for compensation and benefits, Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente snagged the No. 2 spot, according to an analysis by Indeed.

Indeed evaluated its database of over 18 million employer reviews to identify which companies rated highest in compensation and benefits.

Kaiser was the only healthcare company to make the list. "[Kaiser] employee reviews generally agree that — along with providing an excellent work environment, the company pays well above the national average," the report reads.

Here are Indeed's 15 top rated companies for compensation and benefits.
