Comparably limited the best-paying companies list to those with more than 500 employees and at least 50 ratings from employees between Sept. 12, 2017, and Sept. 12, 2018.
To rank the organizations, Comparably looked at both compensation and employee satisfaction with pay. The data stems from employee-reported information.
Kaiser salaries range from a low of $36,000 to a high of $310,397, with an estimated average salary of $159,022, according to Comparably.
