J. Dean Swindle, President of Enterprise Business Lines and CFO of Catholic Health Initiatives (Englewood, Colo.). Mr. Swindle has worked for CHI since May 2010. Before then, he worked in various executive positions with Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health, including senior vice president of finance; executive vice president and CFO; and president of ambulatory services and CFO. Previously, Mr. Swindle was CEO of Concord Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La., and vice president of financial services at General Health System in Baton Rouge.
