N.J.’s Hoboken University Medical Center Operator Files for Bankruptcy

Hudson Healthcare, operator of Hoboken (N.J.) University Medical Center, has filed for bankruptcy, according to a Jersey Journal report.

The bankruptcy filing is intended to ensure the hospital continues operations after its sale to HUMC Holdco.
