Positions in the healthcare industry top the list of highest-paid jobs in the United States, according to analysis by The Atlantic.

In fact, the 13 highest paid non-executive jobs are all in healthcare, the magazine found through Bureau of Labor Statistics data.

Those 13 jobs are as follows, listed starting with the positions with the highest annual mean wage:

1.    Anesthesiologists
2.    Surgeons
3.    Oral and maxillofacial surgeons
4.    Obstetricians and gynecologists
5.    Orthodontists
6.    General internists
7.    All other physicians and surgeons
8.    Family and general practitioners
9.    Psychiatrists
10.    General pediatricians
11.    Specialist dentists
12.    Dentists
13.    Nurse anesthetists
