To compile the list, Ladders used its continuously updated database of high-paying jobs.
As of Dec. 31, 2017, HCA operated 179 hospitals, 120 freestanding surgery centers and 195 other access centers in 20 states.
The for-profit healthcare facilities operator had 578 job openings on Ladders as of Sept. 17.
