Prior to being promoted to senior vice president and CFO of UnityPoint Health in January, Mr. Carpenter served as CFO of UnityPoint Health-Dubuque (Iowa) at Finley Hospital. While at Finley, he was responsible for creating a shared analytics and business development team between the health system’s Dubuque and Waterloo, Iowa, locations. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
