As of September 2012, Mr. Hulscher has helped the district post net income of $909,000 for the entire fiscal year —$233,000 higher than expected. Mark Reed also has 54 days cash on hand, and the hospital district’s total current assets total more than $4.4 million.
As of June 27, 2014, Mr. Hulscher is no longer CFO at the Mark Reed Health Care District.
