Baltimore-area Nonprofit Hospital CEOs Receive Country Club Memberships On Top of High Salaries

CEOs and presidents of many Baltimore-area nonprofit hospitals receive seven-figure salaries, country club memberships and tax and financial planning services as part of their total compensation, according to a Baltimore Sun report.

More than ten local hospitals pay for country club memberships for their CEOs, and Greater Baltimore Medical Center gave top executives thousands of dollars to spend on health equipment, tuition and other personal expenses.

Eight top executives made more than $1 million. The biggest annual CEO compensation package totaled $7.8 million.
