Survey: Physicians Focus on Lifestyle Over Money

Many physicians feel as though they are working too many hours, and would be willing to make less money to work less, according to a recent physician survey by Physicians Practice.

66.3 percent of responding physicians said they do not have as much time for their personal lives as they think they should.

Also, 47.2 percent of physicians said they wish they worked fewer hours per week. Of those physicians, 34.2 percent of them said they would be willing to make less money if they could reduce their workload.

The survey had 927 respondents.
