Fitch Ratings has backed up Ms. Lancaster’s and the entire Kaiser team’s strong financials over the years with investment-grade level credit ratings. Before arriving at Kaiser, Ms. Lancaster worked with Prudential Insurance’s western region and led its HMO in northern California.
