Authorities were called to Atlantis, Fla.-based JFK Medical Center after hospital officials discovered a strange envelope in the building, according to WPTV.
Hospital officials evacuated the portion of the building where the envelope was found, while fire rescue crews from West Palm Beach, Fla., and Greenacres, Fla., were also called to the scene.
Atlantis police determined that the envelope did not contain any harmful substances.
