Steven J. Corwin, MD. President and CEO of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Corwin served as executive vice president and COO of NewYork-Presbyterian before stepping into his current role as CEO. He joined the system in 1991, serving in various leadership capacities including senior vice president and CMO. As CEO, he oversees operations at five hospital campuses and has placed a systemwide emphasis on quality, patient safety and advancing clinical practice through technological innovation. Dr. Corwin is a board-certified cardiologist and internist and has been a Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons faculty member since 1986.
