Lisa Bjerga. Vice President of Finance and Revenue Cycle of Lakewood Health System (Staples, Minn.). Ms. Bjerga came to Lakewood Health System in 2008 as an accountant and quickly progressed through the ranks, taking on positions of finance manager, director of revenue cycle and now vice president of finance and revenue cycle. In addition to implementing revenue cycle efficiency programs, she has served as project manager during two EHR conversions within three years. Before joining Lakewood Health System, Ms. Bjerga, a board member of the Minnesota Healthcare Financial Management Association chapter, worked at BerganKDV, an accounting firm.
