Emily Padula, BSN, RN. Chief Strategy Officer of Hill County Memorial Hospital (Fredericksburg, Texas). Ms. Padula took on the role of CSO at Hill Country Memorial in 2015, but she joined the hospital in 2011. Prior to becoming CSO, she served as the hospital’s executive director of integration and outreach. In her current position, Ms. Padula, who has been a nurse for 14 years, is responsible for directly overseeing HCM’s hospice, home care, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, outpatient therapies, quality and women, infants and children programs. Through her efforts, HCM has seen patient volumes and revenues grow by at least 25 percent.
