Amanda Loughman. CFO of Heart of America Medical Center (Rugby, N.D.). Ms. Loughman, a North Dakota native, began working at HAMC in 2006 as an accounting clerk. Through the years, she assumed various roles, including accounting assistant, accountant and comptroller. In 2013, the interim CFO at the time personally recommended her as the ideal candidate for the CFO position. Ms. Loughman got the job, and now, at age 31, continues to serve in that capacity.
