The new facility will double the space at the hospital’s current clinic in Rockford, which will close and have its equipment transferred to the new clinic Sept. 13.
The new clinic will offer primary care outpatient services in addition to radiology services and expanded telehealth and mental health services. The facility will eventually offer expanded lab services, according to the report.
