U Chicago Medical Center President Named to Hospital Association’s Board of Trustees

Sharon O’Keefe, president of the University of Chicago Medical Center, has been elected to the Illinois Hospital Association’s board of trustees.

The Illinois Hospital Association’s board of trustees is the advocacy group’s policymaking body. The board is made up of 32 trustees.

Ms. O’Keefe, who has served as president of University of Chicago Medical Center since January, will begin her three-year term on the hospital association’s board Jan. 1.
