UNC Health Care Plans $143M Perioperative Building

Chapel Hill, N.C.-based UNC Health Care is in the early stages of planning a $143 million perioperative building in Chapel Hill, according to a Triangle Business Journal report.

The 145,000 square feet facility would include new operating rooms and a five-bed expansion.

An application has not yet been filed with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, according to the report.
