Society of Hospital Medicine Extends Deadline for Project BOOST

The Society of Hospital Medicine, the largest organization representing hospitalists, has extended its deadline for applications to its readmissions reduction program, Project BOOST.

Project BOOST, already implemented in more than 60 hospitals, partners with hospitals to improve readmissions through education, collaboration with other BOOST sites and mentorships with healthcare experts. The deadline for applying to the program has been moved from Aug. 1 to Sept 1.
