Seton Healthcare Network Opening New Hospital in Texas

Austin, Texas-based Seton Healthcare Network is opening a $143.7 million hospital in Kyle, Texas, on Oct. 1, according to a report in the Austin American-Statesman.

Seton Medical Center Hays, south of Austin in Hayes County, will have an ER, oncology services, critical care, neonatal intensive care unit, orthopedics, an open heart program, women’s services and outpatient services.

The 331,761-square-foot facility also features a garden, outdoor courtyard, chapel, reflection room, electronic medical records, room service and wireless Internet access.
