These projects include a new $284 million children’s hospital tower and two new towers for adult inpatient services. Some of the new facilities will be partly funded by money raised through the University of Iowa Foundation’s $500 million “Iowa First” capital campaign.
UIHC has presented its construction plans to the state board of regents.
