Rush Health Chicago. More than 1,100 physicians and 300 nonphysician clinicians partake in Rush Health Chicago. The ACO networks with four Illinois hospitals: Kankakee-based Riverside Medical Center, Aurora-based Rush-Copley Medical Center, Rush Oak Park (Ill.) Hospital and Chicago-based Rush University Medical Center. Rush Health Chicago teamed up with Aetna in 2015 as the first Illinois ACO to allow patients voluntary entrance, and joined the Cigna Collaborative Care value-based model in 2016
