ProHealth Solutions (Waukesha, Wis.). ProHealth Solutions formed in July 2012 through a joint venture between ProHealth Care and Waukesha (Wis.) Elmbrook Health Care. The ACO transitioned from Track 1 in the Medicare Shared Savings Program to the Next Generation model in 2017. In the 2015 performance year, the ACO reported $2 million in earned savings.
