The construction of the $31 million Peoria (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center is at a standstill due to a lack of funding, according to an AZ Central report.

The three-story medical center, a project of Phoenix-based Visionary Health, was initially scheduled to open in 2009 but didn’t because of the recession. The opening was then pushed to summer 2012 and February 2013.

Visionary Health hopes to have enough funding to resume construction in 60 days, according to the report.
