NYU Langone will reopen Tisch Hospital in phases by the end of December. The hospital’s emergency department underwent significant damage from the storm, but NYU Langone is working to restore “portions of this function as soon as possible,” according to the news release.
As part of its reopening efforts, NYU Langone must receive approval from the New York State Department of Health prior to resuming services.
