The hearing was originally scheduled for next week. Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown requested the hearing and submitted more than 100 questions for WVU Hospitals to answer before the hearing.
Now, however, Mon General has requested the state Health Care Authority dismiss the CON altogether. The HCA responded by requesting more information from WVU Hospitals and rescheduling the hearing for July 17, according to the report.
