The 22,000-square-foot facility will include 14 private exam rooms and two resuscitation rooms and will offer bedside registration, bedside ultrasound imaging, dedicated laboratory and radiology departments and occupational health services.
The health center expects to see approximately 14,000 patients in the new ED in the first year.
Summa Health Center at Green’s new ED is part of a $96 million expansion of Summa’s emergency services network throughout the region, according to the release.
