HCA’s Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center to Begin $6.8M Cancer Center

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, Va., part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA, may begin building a $6.8 million cancer center this fall, according to a Free Lance-Star report.

The 7,300-square-foot facility will be located in the Pogonia Medical Arts Building adjacent to the hospital and will include a linear accelerator, according to the report.

The center is expected to open in 2013.
