Memorial Hermann Health System to Build Hospital, Medical Campus

Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System has announced that it will build a medical campus in Pearland, Texas.

The facility will feature a 64-bed acute-care hospital, a 24-hour emergency department and a care center that will provide access to adult and pediatric primary care.

The hospital, which will feature an intensive care unit, operating rooms and cardiac catheterization laboratories, is scheduled to open in 2015.
