John H. Hammergren, chairman and CEO of McKesson, attributed the strong fourth quarter performance to the execution of its Distribution Solutions, which reported an 8 percent increase during the fourth quarter. The company reported revenue of $112.1 billion for the full year, which was supported by its acquisition of US Oncology.
The company’s Medical-Surgical distribution and services revenues were up 5 percent in the fourth quarter. Technology Solutions revenues were up 7 percent for the fourth quarter, and 2 percent for the full year.
