At the same time, resignations were announced for Health Alliance board chairman Mark Collar and CEO Ken Hanover, who reportedly will become CEO of the Beverly (Mass.) Hospital.
The Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati, a fundraising group, also announced plans to withdraw from the Health Alliance.
The Health Alliance currently includes University Hospital, Jewish Hospital, Fort Hamilton Hospital, West Chester Medical Center, the Drake Center and Alliance Primary Care.
