The hospital, which is now the Henry Ford Macomb Physical Rehabilitation Center, had lost more than $70 million over the last five years, and its average occupancy rate was less than 50 percent.

The Henry Ford Macomb Physical Rehabilitation Center will offer rehabilitation services and outpatient physical and occupational therapy. The health system is also seeking a partner to repurpose the building.
