The four-story, acute-care hospital is yet to be named. It will feature an emergency room, an intensive care unit and 30 beds, according to the report.
The construction of the hospital will cost $71 million according a Dallas Business Journal report.
The hospital will be constructed in the Alliance area, a master planned community within Denton and Tarrant counties.
