Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas, announced the opening of its 24-hour, off-site emergency care center.

The facility, the first of its kind in McAllen, was built to accommodate the community’s growth and development, according to the news release.

The center will offer imaging and lab work, among other services.
