Red Rock Medical Center is joint venture between 50 Denver-area physicians; Development Solutions Group, a Denver-based medical real estate development company; and Medical Executive Management Corp., a Denver-based medical practice management consultant and surgery center development/management company, according to the report.
The 118,000 square-foot center will include a cancer care center with medical oncology, radiation oncology and PET scan practices, a breast care Center of Excellence and a cancer care advisory facility. An imaging center run by HCA-HealthOne will also be located in the center.
The Red Rock Outpatient Surgery Center will perform general surgery, retina, cornea, urology and dermatology services. The ASC is a joint venture between local physicians and HealthOne, according to the report.
Red Rock Medical Center is scheduled to open in Nov. 2010.
