The tornado tore the heating and cooling units off the roof, forcing the hospital, with the exception of the emergency room, to close for repairs. The south wall and part of the roof also blew out, necessitating the hospital to block off that section, which is where cardiac stress testing and cardiac rehab are located. These services are expected to become available next week, and the section will reopen in six to nine months after it is redesigned.
