Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System, Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente, Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic, Salt Lake City, Utah-based Intermountain Healthcare and Seattle, Wash.-based Group Health Cooperative have created the consortium, which will utilize standards-based health information technology to share data about patients electronically.
