Emergency department at Quincy Medical Center to be kept open

Following threats to sue from Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley and officials from Quincy (Mass. ) Medical Center, Boston-based Steward Health Care System has announced it will keep the emergency department at QMC open.
