The project will convert 3,500 square feet of “shell space” in the building to primary care and endocrinology offices. The space was intentionally left vacant for future use when the building opened in 2005. Increased volume at the center has motivated the hospital to develop the space.
The hospital has filed a certificate of need and is waiting for approval. Adding offices to the space is expected to take roughly 90 days.
