Development Moves Ahead on Reliant Rehabilitation Hospital in Dallas

Developers are moving ahead with plans to build the new 60-patient Reliant Rehabilitation Hospital in North Dallas, according to a report in the Dallas Morning News.

Cirrus Group, the developer of the hospital, obtained a $16.8 million construction loan for the hospital, which will be operated by Dallas-based Reliant Healthcare Partners. Reliant has entered into a partnership with local physicians to build the facility.

According to the report, construction is expected to take 11 months.
