In the first phase of the project, which is expected to cost roughly $22 million, the hospital will renovate its nursing unit and first floor and relocate its main entrance. The hospital will also update the building itself, including re-roofing the facility, replacing the heating and cooling systems and resurfacing the exterior of the building.
Phase II will include building a new patient tower with patient beds and operating rooms.
