SCBH is adding a new clinic and a new rehabilitation facility and is expanding its hospital.

Affiliated Community Medical Centers, a multispecialty health network, will lease and operate the new 13,747-square-foot clinic. The facility will be connected to the hospital and will include 23 exam rooms, seven procedure rooms, a lab and office space for seven providers.

The new 3,646-square-foot rehab facility will offer rehab services through Big Stone Therapies. The facility will include six private treatment rooms, a multi-use exercise equipment gym, a dedicated occupational therapy suite and offices.

The 8,481-square-foot expansion to the hospital building will provide space for lab, cardiac rehab, facilities for Dexascans — scans that measure bone density — and a conference room.

The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2013.
